CustomAfricaShop is an online retail store based in the United States, specialising in African-inspired gifts, apparel, home decor, and kitchen & dining products. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ in these terms refer to CustomAfricaShop.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo.
3. Products & Customisation
Many of our products are custom-made or personalised to your specifications. Please review your order details — including names, spellings, sizes, and design choices — carefully before submitting.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate personalisation requests.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe-powered payments. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify you before any payment is processed.
5. No Returns & No Refund Policy
Because most of our products are custom-made or personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. This applies to all personalised items, including but not limited to:
• Custom tote bags and apparel with names or designs
• Personalised aprons and kitchen accessories
• Customised bedding sets and home decor
Exceptions — we will offer a replacement or store credit only if:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective (photographic evidence required within 7 days of delivery).
• You received the wrong item due to our error.
To report an issue, contact us at support@customafricashop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept disputes raised after this window.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
